Possible Answer 1:

I would try and warn the employee not to break the company policy.

If repeated warnings are not helping, I have no choice but to report them.

I know that others might think of me as a snitch, but to me honesty and integrity are more important that being thought of as ‘nice’.

Possible Answer 2:

If someone was caught sleeping on the job, if there were extenuating circumstances, like a sick child at home or something, I would talk to them and cut them some slack.

After all, we are all human and all of need some sort of extra help from time to time.

But if it happens regularly, I will definitely report it to the management, as, in my book, that is slacking on the job and I cannot condone that.
