As you can see from my resume, I’ve been working as a customer support agent in XYZ Company for the past five years.
During this time I have taken advantage of opportunities to improve my skills set – I have been trained in First Aid Courses, Security, HR, Accounts and Supply Chain Management.
My current employer is now outsourcing their customer support to India and has given us two months’ notice to find another employment. This time I wanted to find a job that will not be outsourced.

I have always been interested in travelling. So I have worked many jobs in many places, that I could experience living in different parts of the country.
I have lived for a few months in Alaska, in Arizona, and in Texas. I have also lived in Mexico with my girl friend for six months. I speak French (my mother is French), English and a bit of Spanish which can be a great help in any position.
Since I could do a good job as a translator, I have been able to find work wherever I went. Now, I am ready to put down roots and grow with a company, while settling down close to my family.
The experiences from my travels have helped me to understand people from diverse backgrounds and to get along with people, and also to manage challenging situations.
